Who we are — and what this policy covers

Avric.ai is a product and brand operated by ImpulseIQ Consulting LLC (“ImpulseIQ”, “we”, “us”), located at 15442 Ventura Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 91403, USA.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the avric.ai website and to enquiries you send us through it (for example, demo, sales, partner or general enquiries). It does not govern access to or use of the Avric.ai application — the application will be covered by separate terms and privacy information provided with that service.

Information we collect

Through this website, we collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide: when you submit an enquiry form (for example, a demo request or a partner interest form) or email us, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your name, work email, company, role, country and the content of your message.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting systems may record standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited.

A note on candidate information in the Avric.ai platform

Avric.ai is a recruiting intelligence platform. When business customers upload or process candidate information through Avric.ai, the customer determines how that information is collected and used; Avric.ai processes that information to provide the platform’s features on the customer’s behalf.

This website policy does not govern that application use. Platform-specific privacy and data terms will be provided with the Avric.ai application.

How we use information

We use the information we collect only for the purposes described in this policy:

• To respond to your enquiries and manage our conversations with you.
• To operate, maintain and improve the website.
• To protect the security of the website and prevent misuse.
